My mother's maiden name was Bohling and I just decided that today I would do a web search for Bohling.

My mother was born Anna Martha Helena Bohling in 1900. She was born to Henry Bohling of Meade, KS. My grandfather Henry was from Cole Camp, Missouri.

My niece did quite a bit of work on the Bohling family that we are connected to and at one time had asked the Bohling family members if they would mind if the information that she found could be posted on a family website. As she told me, one of the Bohlings that had worked in a penitentiary and he was fearful that the information about him and his family could be used to late cause injury to his family.

Since gathering the information she became quite ill and decided to send the information to me for me to find someone to keep the information about the family.

I am not very well connected to the Bohling family as I live in the southern part of Texas and the Bohling family has their family reunions in Kansas.

It would be interesting to know if there is any connection to your family. If you are so inclined, drop me an email at the address given.
