Depression
Oh no, not another weblogger whining about his life sucks. Yup. Err… Nope.
Being depressed is a state of mind, and to be depressed is to let your circumstances get the better of you. When you’re depressed, the world wins. To me, this reveals a lack of character, integrity, and strength. These are three things that I should be demonstrating, rather than missing. That is why I feel like such crap when I get depressed. I’m such a loser.

Actually, most experts agree now that clinical depression is a neurological condition, and even having good character qualities won’t necessarily be enough to fight it. So, I’m not a doctor, but I’m not sure it is a state of mind, but rather an actual dysfunction of the brain.
Whenever I’m feeling blue, Cats in Sinks (http://www.catsinsinks.com/) seems to do the trick.

I would have to agree with Phil on the depression thing…not so much the other thing about cats in sinks.

I refuse to believe that my mediocre state of dissatisfaction is medical and nature and therefor unsurmountable. But medical depression can exist.
