I'm new at this also so hopefully I have correctly entered my information above. If not forgive me and set me straight.
We are sitting here in Nebraska among many weather warning. Some to the west and some to the North. Hopefully none of them come to the ground ( yes tornado's) It's nebraska's way to welcome spring. I am so glad to see what everyone is doing , I hope the house hunting is going well for Matt and Sierra, hope the newest member is being easy on his parents, hope cadance doesnt get into tooooo much trouble ( she wouldnt be normal if she didnt try all of those new things) I hope Leah has a great time this week, I hope Lily is enjoying snowy school, she will be ready to come back to AZ for the summer, even if it's just to thaw out. I hope Neal can teach everyone how to use this site. I hope I havent forgotten anyone. From us in Nebraska Aunt Wanda

My comment is: This is a great idea for family communication.....if we use it! So how much of your mother's mind do you want to "read"? I think about all of you a lot, but communication is usually geared to what are you doing, where will we all be, etc. instead of "how are you thinking?" "what is your inner life like?", etc. Daddy and I realize better than ever that this life is an ongoing growth period. We certainly haven't arrived, but we keep moving ahead. Each day, my mind contemplates the things beyond doing the dishes and laundry, etc. and is constantly amazed and excited when God teaches me (repeatedly!) about Himself. The verse on my mind today is from Col. 3 that says something about "setting your mind on things above". Must get out of this small worldly thinking! God has a plan for our lives and we must be FAT....by that I mean, faithful, available, and teachable. Join me in listening for God's instructions in this daily walk. We've got to hush the world some even to do that! God is speaking. Am I listening?
